zusammengefasst.\u00a0Funktionsst\u00f6rungen des Kausystems und des kraniomandibul\u00e4ren Systems z\u00e4hlen nach Karies und Parodontose zu den h\u00e4ufigsten Symptomen und Erkrankungen.<\/p>\n<p>Als h\u00e4ufigste Ursache f\u00fcr CMD werden Stress, okklusale St\u00f6rungen und lokale Reaktionen des Gewebes verantwortliche gemacht, die meist auf eine hohe Belastung durch Parafunktionen zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Aber auch Haltungs- und Verhaltensst\u00f6rungen resultieren in funktionellen Erkrankungen des Bewegungsorganes des Menschen und sind somit ein Beweis f\u00fcr die Komplexit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Das therapeutische Vorgehen bei einer CMD gliedert sich in mehrere Schritte. Zur initialen Therapie geh\u00f6rt die Schmerzausschaltung z.B. durch Medikamente, physiotherapeutische und physikalische Ma\u00dfnahmen. Die kausale Therapie erfolgt je nach Ursache z.B. im kieferorthop\u00e4dischen Bereich mit Schienen und anderen Heilverfahren. Bei kr\u00e4ftiger Ber\u00fchrung l\u00f6st dieser Punkt einen Schmerz in dem zum Muskel geh\u00f6rigen Gebiet, teilweise fernab von diesem Muskel (refeard pain), aus. Diese Schmerzverst\u00e4rkung entsteht auch durch Reizung der Triggerpunkte bei Kieferfunktion und Fehlfunktion. Z.B. k\u00f6nnen Triggerpunkte im Kopfwendemuskel starke Schmerzen in den oberen Seitenz\u00e4hnen ausl\u00f6sen, ohne dass der betroffene Zahn erkrankt ist. Leicht k\u00f6nnte der Schmerz fehlgedeutet werden und zum Verlust des Zahnes f\u00fchren, da der Zahn schmerzhaft ist aber eigentlich kein Problem hat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
